THE RIGHT TO PAYMENT OF PURCHASE, REFUND OF GOODS

The buyer has the right to notify the seller at the contact email info@gregorlisjak.com , within 15 days of the acceptance of the goods, to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost charged to the buyer in respect of cancellation is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than within 10 days of the canceled notice of cancellation (purchase).
If the buyer does not pick up the package, he is responsible for the shipping costs.

The goods received must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have been destroyed, defective, lost or reduced, without the consumer being guilty.

Repayment of payments will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund of the purchase price is credited to the buyer’s transaction (personal) account, which is communicated in the Return and Return Notice. on PayPal if the order was paid with PayPal.

Shipping costs incurred by the seller to send the shipment to the buyer will not be refunded to the buyer (not in the case of return of the shipment, not in case of non-acceptance of the shipment).

The return of the goods received to the seller within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract shall be considered a notice of withdrawal.

The goods are returned to the seller at the address: Gregor Lisjak extra virgin olive oil, Krkavče 6a, 6274 Šmarje, Slovenia.

 

Import Duties, Taxes and Refused Shipments

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

If the customer refuses to pay the required import duties or taxes, refuses delivery, or fails to collect the shipment, any costs incurred as a result—including, but not limited to, customs duties, taxes, shipping fees, return shipping fees, storage charges, disposal fees, and any other charges imposed by the carrier or customs authorities—shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Such costs may be deducted from any refund due. If the total charges exceed the order value, no refund will be issued, and the customer remains liable for any outstanding balance.
