    Our story begins in 1992, when the Lisjak family established one of the first olive oil mills in Istria—laying the foundations for a legacy deeply rooted in tradition, craftsmanship, and an uncompromising pursuit of quality.

    More than three decades later, in 2023, this heritage evolved into the creation of the Gregor Lisjak brand—a boutique expression of premium extra virgin olive oils, carefully crafted by Gregor and Barbara Lisjak. Each drop originates from our olive mill in Krkavče.
    This is more than extra virgin olive oil. It is a story of land, family, and timeless devotion to quality.
