The Buyer confirms that it is aware of the full text of the General Terms and Conditions of Business on the www.gregorlisjak.com website and agrees with them.

1. DETAILS OF THE SELLER

2. ACCESSIBILITY OF INFORMATION

The Tenderer undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

– company identity (name and registered office, registry number),
-contact information that enables the user to quickly and effectively communicate (e-mail, telephone),
-essential characteristics of the goods,
-accessibility of articles (every article that is on offer on the site should be accessible within a reasonable time),
-terms of delivery of articles (manner, place and deadline of delivery),
-all prices must be clearly and unambiguously determined and must be shown, whether they already contain taxes and transport costs,
-method of payment and delivery,
-a time limit within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; moreover, also if and how much the customer refunds a refund.

3. ORDERS

The buyer is responsible for the data given in the process of executing the order. The seller is not liable for possible delivery errors due to the wrong address.

After the contract is awarded, the buyer receives a contract (account) via e-mail. The contract (account) is stored in electronic form on the server and available to the customer at any time in its user profile.

4. SHIPPING

Standard delivery  is performed by DPD. All consignments are insured and, in case of damage to the shipment, we only replace it with a new one or return your money.

Shipping rates for Slovenia:
For orders up to 100,00 EUR the postage costs 3,90 EUR. For orders over 100,00 EUR postage is free of charge.

Shipping rates for EU countries:
For shipments to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Hungary, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Italy and France postage costs  11,00 EUR.
For shipments to Sweden, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Romania and Bulgaria shipping costs 15,00 EUR.
For orders over 200,00 EUR shippment is free of charge in all EU countries.

5. THE RIGHT TO PAYMENT OF PURCHASE, REFUND OF GOODS

The buyer has the right to notify the seller at the contact email info@gregorlisjak.com , within 15 days of the acceptance of the goods, to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost charged to the buyer in respect of cancellation is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than within 10 days of the canceled notice of cancellation (purchase).

The goods received must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have been destroyed, defective, lost or reduced, without the consumer being guilty.

Repayment of payments will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund of the purchase price is credited to the buyer’s transaction (personal) account, which is communicated in the Return and Return Notice. on PayPal if the order was paid with PayPal.

Shipping costs incurred by the seller to send the shipment to the buyer will not be refunded to the buyer (not in the case of return of the shipment, not in case of non-acceptance of the shipment).

The return of the goods received to the seller within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract shall be considered a notice of withdrawal.

The goods are returned to the seller at the address: Gregor Lisjak extra virgin olive oil, Krkavče 6a, 6274 Šmarje, Slovenia.

6. PRICES

Prices are in Euros with VAT included. The price indicated for each product does not contain shipping costs.

The price printed at the end of the order is the final price, which also includes the shipping cost.

The seller covers the costs of packaging and packaging.

The seller reserves the right to change prices. The price that is published on the day of the order – on the day of completion and award of the contract.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

The provider provides the following payment methods;

– payment by pro forma: The buyer receives an invoice by email to the specified email address in the order. After payment of the pro forma invoice, the shipment is sent within the agreed time limit.
-cash on delivery: Cash on delivery is only possible for deliveries in Slovenia.
-PayPal and Credit Cards.

8. SAFETY

The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments.

9. PRIVACY AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

The Tenderer undertakes to permanently protect all personal data. These will be used exclusively for the management of invoices, offers and other necessary documentation.

10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The bidder is obliged to establish an effective complaints handling system. The bidder will endeavor to deal with the complaint as soon as possible and inform the buyer about this.

The seller will make every effort to settle any dispute by mutual consent.
