DELIVERIES

Standard delivery in all EU countries  is performed by DPD. All consignments are insured and, in case of damage to the shipment, we only replace it with a new one or return your money.
Express EU shippings are performed by DHL and the delivery cost is 20,00 EUR.

Shipping rates for Slovenia:
For orders up to 100,00 EUR the postage costs 3,90 EUR. For orders over 100,00 EUR postage is free of charge. Delivered by DPD.

Shipping rates for EU countries:
For standard delivery to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Hungary, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Italy and France postage costs  10,00 EUR.
For standard delivery to Sweden, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Romania and Bulgaria shipping costs 15,00 EUR.
For orders over 180,00 EUR shippment is free of charge in all EU countries.
Standard delivery is performed by DPD, express delivery is perforemd by DHL.

Shipping rates for Croatia:
For orders up to 150,00 EUR the postage costs 9,00 EUR. For orders over 150,00 EUR postage is free of charge. Delivered by DPD.

THE RIGHT TO PAYMENT OF PURCHASE, REFUND OF GOODS

The buyer has the right to notify the seller at the contact email info@gregorlisjak.com , within 15 days of the acceptance of the goods, to withdraw from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost charged to the buyer in respect of cancellation is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned to the seller no later than within 10 days of the canceled notice of cancellation (purchase).

The goods received must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have been destroyed, defective, lost or reduced, without the consumer being guilty.

Repayment of payments will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund of the purchase price is credited to the buyer’s transaction (personal) account, which is communicated in the Return and Return Notice. on PayPal if the order was paid with PayPal.

Shipping costs incurred by the seller to send the shipment to the buyer will not be refunded to the buyer (not in the case of return of the shipment, not in case of non-acceptance of the shipment).

The return of the goods received to the seller within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract shall be considered a notice of withdrawal.
