AnswerGREGOR LISJAK extra virgin olive oil is processed in our own oil mill in Krkavče. The olive oil is grown and bottled and at the same time processed by one of the best-known olive growers and oil producers in Slovenia, Gregor Lisjak. One of the essential advantages is that, thanks to our own processing, olives can be processed immediately after harvesting and with the highest long-term knowledge.
Question How much extra virgin olive oil do you produce annually?
AnswerWe produce a total of around 13,000 liters of extra virgin olive oil annually. On the global market, it represents this boutique, micro-production, and on the Slovenian market we are the largest producer of our own extra virgin olive oil.
Question How should I store extra virgin olive oil?
AnswerExtra virgin olive oil should be stored in a dark and dry place. Best at a temperature between 15 and 20 degrees Celsius. Do not store it in the refrigerator or in cold cellars, as the oil will freeze and lose its quality and taste.
Question How long does it take to deliver my order?
AnswerIn principle, we send orders via couriers. If the order is placed by 12 noon, it is generally shipped the same day, but within 24 hours at the latest.
In Slovenia, we are delivered by DPD, which delivers the package in 1-2 working days.
In Europe, DPD delivers packages in 4-8 working days or DHL Express, which delivers packages in 1-3 working days.
